AION
Training is a key element to living an energized life. Our bodies were made to move, grow, and shape into an athletic demand. The most beautiful people are those who train like an athlete; those who live like an athlete. A great philosopher once said:
“It is a shame for a man to not see the true capability with which his body has.”
This is true.
We must use our bodies how they are intended; to be energetic vessels that push us towards our destiny.
