
First Friday is back, and we’re switching things up with a competition-style event! You’ll have the choice between two challenges: Strength Ticket or Engine Ticket.
• Strength Ticket: Test your squat, bench, and deadlift to see if you can hit a combined total of 1000/800 pounds.
• Engine Ticket: Push your limits with a 10m fly sprint and a hybrid circuit for time to measure your engine and top-end speed.
A point system will determine rankings, so bring your best effort and see where you stack up against the competition!
Event Details:
- When: March 7, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Where: KULA Sports Performance Gym
- Who: Open to all fitness levels.
Schedule:
- 7:00 PM: Check-In & Warm-Up
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Workout
- 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Chill & Community Time + Food for athletes.
